Hi Ab, I totally forgot about this sight. I am doing okay, I went from 300 lbs down to 260 lbs. I am not thrilled with the slow outcome but my doctor is . He says that slow mehtodical weight loss lasts longer. I lift weights alot so my ideeal weight is 180, but the doc says 200 is fine (not). How are you doing gamy? how is your plan going? am banding 7/10/09 let me know how you feel. My sister just had hers yesterday 6/22/03. I am from springfield MA. I'll be camping in Otis at Tolland state forest 2 weeks after surgery! Do you think I will be healed by then? give me a shout
