  2. Thats good girl.. is that combined with you're pre-op diet? I started working out hardcore lately like 4 times a week.. and im not sure exactly how much im dwn but when i was at the doctor i was dwn 20lbs.. but that was 2 wks ago..

  3. Geez.. Im about 4 weeks post op I started working out about 2 weeks ago and i feel fine.. im just a lil scared to start any abs.. i think i will hold out.. i just dont want much sagging skin if u know wat i mean.. =/

    Looking for a july bithday buddy.

    Im celebrating the BIG 2-1 ON July 6th!! YAYAY!! I was banded June 3rd ( about 3 wks ago) and im hoping to get down hopefully 10 more pounds. Im dwn for the cause!!

    Soft foods list

    Im 3 wks post op.. and im on lean meats (ground meats, poultry and fish) cooked veggies (carrots, green beans), and pretty much everything mentioned above... Ive been eating ALOT of tuna and chicken salad.. My doctor also added crackers and toast to my mushie diet..
  8. Im 3 wks post op, and im eating lean meats (chicken, fish, ground meat) and ALOT of tuna and chicken salad. Im also eating soft cooked veggies (carrots, green beans, spinach) My dr. told me to stay away from raw veggies and fruits, corn, peas. etc.. oh yea and you can have egg whites and toast and crackers. U can actually have alot.. but this is just the list my nutrients/doctor gave me.. Hope that helps
  9. Lol.. When you start mushies.. you wont be hungry, you have more variety to eat.. Im still losing and i havent had a fill, plus im eating 3 meals a day... so EAT UP girl.. lol..

  12. No, really they didn't do much on my 2 wk visit.. but chat with ya and weigh me.. and nah.. i didn't have stitches.. just that glue/adhesive stuff..

  15. Lmao.. I feel you.. I had some tilapia the other day.. OMG.. i was in HEAVEN!! Doctor Nicholson said i was healing really well and put me on mushies.. THANK GOD!! lol..

My weight started dropping once i started working out.. which was last week,so yea dont worry.. but not using the bathroom doesnt help you much either.. fyi.. not eating doesnt speed up weight loss.. it slows it down (ur body goes into a starvation mode, and stores fat) but you JUST had surgery so dont worry to much :)

  19. yea.. thats about how much i could handle a day.. I went ahead and started mushies today... Im suppose to start on wed.. thats tech 2 wks.. but im getting hungry.. lol

    My weight loss is going well i think.. pre op i lost 15 and ive lost 26 since surgery so.. about 40 total.. How about you?

    Since 6/3 ive lost 26 lbs and 15 prior to surgery on the 2 week protein diet! so i think im on a good foot... I wanna get down like 20 more pounds before my 21st bday (goin to La) pretty excited!! :)

  22. Crazy.. I guess they do different things for each person.. No, not poop... just go to the bathroom if u know what i mean.. they wanted me to walk i guess. You should be going regularly though...
