  3. ur gorgeous.. itll come off, just keep working at it.. i had my surgery 7 months ago. im not at my goal yet still have about 20 more to go.. i have lost 110 total with the 10 pre op.

  4. thank you! the band is AMAZING!! im not at my goal.. i am 190. dr wants me to be 170.. i wanna be 155. im 5'9 soo it may not look like im 190. im sooo happy

  11. hey.. i dont eat whatever i want.. i dont ever cheat (minus 2 times ).. i eat protien (chicken, tuna, eggs, cheese (never low fat) .. fruit and veggies.. yogurt in the am and then protien fruit and veggies for lunch and dinner. i dont snak and if i need to its on fruit. i allowed myself to cheat 2 times in 6 months.. once when i got to my first goal 220 and second was my bday i had a lil cake. but i didnt go overboard.. im very strict and i dont miss or crave anything really. i guess cause its been soo long i dont have cravings.. around the time of the month ill crave chocolate like normal but i just fight the cravings.. i do work out.. and as of the skin.. i dont hide it i have it.. trust me its there. i dont wear anything to suck it in what you see is what my body looks like. of course my tummy is far from perfect tho... good luck with everything

  12. everything.. i change it up alot.. normally i do ike 45 minutes of cardio.. like 20 on treadmill and 25 on the eliptical for an example.. then i do weights.. work my arms back every part of my leg .. use those machines.. do light weight and work inner thigh and outer.. all parts of your tummy.. i still have loose skin tho soo no work out will help that.. but i do crunches as much as i can bc i wanna appear tight even tho my skin isnt.

  16. well since you havent been banded yet your hair prolly wasnt falling out. so you may never see a difference. i just had tons falling out and saw a difference bc it stopped.. of course some still falls out but nothing compared to what was.. soo any biotin should be fine. im taking a high dose just bc my hair loss was bad. u should be fine with a lower dose

  17. HEy... well i actually thought bc im young i am inevitable and i wouldnt loose my hair.. BIG MISTAKE.. i started loosing hair about 3 and a half months post op. it got bad for a while like clumps of hair were just coming out.. thank god i have tons of hairor else it would be bad.. i started taking a ton of biotin. its a vitamin that stregnthens your hair and right away i saw the difference. now my hair is growing back in and its not falling out like it was... NO REGRETS! not a single thing i can think of would ever make me go back. im in love with my life now lol. this is by far one of the best things thats ever happened in my life. and its all thanks to my amazing parents. i couldnt image my life back to how it was.

  18. yeah it was very fast.. but trust me it slowed a lot.. i went from losing like 5 pounds a week to now 1 to 2 sometimes none. but i keep it up and dont let that get me down. . and you look great by the way.

  19. hey thank you.. well i would say i do abnout 45 minutes of cardio.. like 20 minutes on the treadmill going on an incline.. and the eliptical for like 25... then i go lots of weights.. i work everything.. immer thighs outer.. arms. back. tummy. i use all those weight machines.. then ill do like 50 to 100 crunches on my own. differeno works ones tho to work diff parts.. look up diff crunches.. like legs lifts for example.

  21. hey .. im young and no kids but ihave skin issues my legs seem to be ok soo far.. my arms theres some and A LOT in my tummy and chest. i hate it!

  22. dont let the age thing fool you.. i have loose skin in my tummy its gross.. i hate it. im hoping that wheni get to my goal ill get a tummy tuck and be healed before swim suit season.. thatll be amazing!

  23. hey.. yeah i work out about 5 days a week. i figure thats the only way im gonna look somewhat tight when i get down to where i wanna be. and id rather get toned then just skinny.
