hey i know what u hav been going through. i m 4week postop &my weightloss has been stalled. i have been losing and gaining 1lb since 2weeks.now i am so fedup i joined gym and doing only cardio.may be u need to increase physical activity. Goodluck.

i m also looking forward to the mushy stage although i m having a bit of cottage cheese everyday.i have gathered some of the receipes from this board like quiche,tunawith mayo,ff bean with salsa, chicken cooked with soup,meatloaf. so i m planning to cook.

when i bend i also get a lil tightness. i think it heal with time we jus have to wait.

i m also on the liquid diet. m going to be banded on the 16th of june. you could also use a drop of peppermint in your choc flavaour shakes it tastes way better:thumbup:.

let me just say OMG!!! gosh u r doing so good... i guess the key word is exercise...i m just a week preop my surgery is on the 16th so i have one more week of preop....well it stinks.but after reading your blog i would rather say its worth it/ keep up the good work.
