Yes im very excited.No I have never been able to sleep very well at night.I have insomnia really bad.I can be up from 6 am to3 or 4 am he next day.I am very happy and nervous though.Tomorrow I start my 2 days of clear liquids.Just finishing making arrangements for my family because we live about an hour and a half away from the hospital and traffic is always horrible because were too close to new york and they cant drive lol were going to try to find a hotel so my hubby doesn't have to drive back and forth with the baby.Well write me anytime you wanna talk I always check.Good luck!! were almost there yay!!:thumbup:

aww congrats.Yes I had a lot of pain by my post site.Still hurts a tiny bit but just walk around as much as possible and dont lift anything too heavy.Take it easy! oh what helped me the most was warm showers and heating pads.so write me anytime take care.

I thought you would. lol Gabby is ok.Just here being a little drama queen.I had my 4th fill on the 19 this month and maybe another one if I want on nov 9th,but I dunno yet. For some reason I like the stair climber and the eliptical machines.I am really trying to tone my legs and now I have to start trying to tone my tummy so i dont have too much saggy skin! I try to do upper body work outs,but its hard because I am big in my chest area! lol they get in my way hahaha!!

gabby is good! still a drama queen lol... what I eat I am not a big breakfast person so I usually jus drink a protein drink. I eat lunch around 2:00pm and eat a salad or some yogurt with some granola. dinner I will eat a tuna salad maybe make a strawberry smoothie with protein mix and I workout. I drink a lot of water and try to stay busy.

Yea I dont know about any other protein drinks.I am officially in wonderland now!! yay!! 194!! in a 14 now..Working my butt off especially since were going to Atlantic city NJ for our wedding anniversary.I found a beautiful dress today and I have to get into it by Valentines day!
