I'M HUNGRY!!!!! When will I feel normal again? Help ladies I need meal suggestions. All Ive had is: Breakfast- 1/4 Creamo of wheat Lunch- 1/2 applesauce Dinner- 1/4 cup pudding and 1/4 cup of creamy chix Soup. Today has been the longest day every..will it ever get better??/ I need you guys....I got off the pain meds casue I gotta sober up to take the kids to school tomorrow I am the carpool this week.

Hey hey hey!! another day! still hurting but mot that bad.. but still there. Still intoxicated on pain meds! Nicole you go with your bad self keep going adn Liz stay strong girl you both will be up in no time. So Zumba classes huh! I love Zumba I turned my Cousin into it and she goes every Monday. I love it cause you dont notice what a goodwork out it is untill like 10 minutes into it and by then you cant quit cause the music just gots you goin' Have fun ladies cant wait till I go back in about a month, I hope. Oh and Dr Baggs is going to take my gall bladder out in the future once I fully heal maybe next year. Not looking forward to that. Reggie- Yeah all ive had was chix broth and jello just 1oz every 15 min but I gotta tell you I feel so weak adn hungry..but the meds just make me sleep. I am walking around the house and using my breather thingie constantly. I just want to get beter very soon.

Sorry had to get that out. 6 more weeks huh?!..and now I'm getting the shoulder pain what the heck I thought that would have been yesterday but I guess I was numb now I'm not. oh boy I have to suck it up. Hello everyone- Tina yeah Dr Baggs is funny and a excellant doctor. I dont know it just seemed like he did but I'm sure maybe not. Ashley- My sis in law who works with a private doctor is refering her to get the lap band, she doesnt have to go through all the hoops we did (no goal weight) but she wants to get it done b4 January in San Jose. Anyway I recommended her to attend the support group meetings that anyone can walk into. Do you know of any bariatric support group meeting either through Kaiser or elsewhere in the fremont/Milpitas/santa clara or san jose area? She does not have Kaiser she goes to Good Samaritan bot sure what insurance she has, but her doctor is willing to help her get his doen as he knows she neds it done very soon.

Morning all! Donna- first, I want to say thank you so very much for that gifts you gave me..I used just about everything and I love the eye mask I totally used that last night thank you, thank you, thank you. You are such a genuinely super, nice,sweet woman with a huge warm heart and I am looking forward to getting to know you and everyone else on this board better. Nicole put it best when I spoke with her this morning you are all an extension of my family... My Band sistas!!! Sorry for the long blog... update: Not in any pain other than soreness from my port. It feel like something sticking out. I am sleeping on my living room recliner. I think I didnt get any pain because I am taking my pain medicine around the clock I set my oven alarm to go off at 3am to take it I dont miss a dose, I do not want to feel any pain!! not much gas either, Baggs did a great job. Should I take my vitamins?? cuase I'm only drinking 1oz of water and broth every 15 minutes to equivilate to 30oz a day. I am getting a little hungry though, dr Baggs said I have some fill in the bag becuase the manufacturer requires it filled when placed. He also surprised me when I was on the operating table he told me I have kidney stones! I said what! who diagnosed me he didnt answer that question but did say it was diagnosed 9 years ago..shoot I never knew this, this explains a lot. I dont know what to do of this. Anyway, my pain isn't to bad, everyone was super cool they were running late but all went ok. Tina- I did tell Baggs everyone said hello and that he is a super cool guy heh smiled tell them I sad helloo he has some humor in him..one of the nurses said oh you look good and asked baggs doesnt she look good after surgery and he said, "it's the glasses" I said hey Dr. Baggs you won't be saying that 6 mos from now Mr! and he laughed and said yeah you ladies impress me n how diffrent you look. He is a good doctor I really like him. Tamra- Tina is right he doenst know anything about the scheduling so he dosent involve or answer any questions about that but he does respond very quicklu to your email. I know cause I asked him about a follow up appt and he ignored that question. I guess he'd rather plead the 5th. Girls (Baggs patients) Tell me what you think,I think he may have gotten some weightloss surgery done cause he looks like he lost a great amount of weight I was checking him out ;0) and he looks as if he has some loose skin does has anyone ever notice that? check me out all drowsy and checking my doctor out, bad gir!! speaking of bad girl, I went to surgery with no chonies or bra I felt dirty!!! :0) but it helped to not bend. oh and I weighed in at 234.4 but last night I weighed 239.4 I guess its all the fluids they pumped into me. well I better get ready to drink my sleepy juice or should I say feel good juice. I'm Banded!! The surgery was not bad at all. Everyone was so very nice at Richmond except for one jerko..but he got spoken too..When I see you all Ill let you know why. OMG I actually almost didnt do it this morning and thank god for my husband he said heck no you are going!! I am just recovering now and am going to take my pain med Im off to rest a little after walking around my house. Candra- your right the green couchy was comfy my husband even commeted I wonder where we can get one of those. Loves ya..ttyl

Thanks everyone it is very comforting to know that I am in your prayers adn thoughts. I finally feel a little peace adn am ready and just want to get it over with. In a way I am very happy I'm an early appt. I gave my husband a list of all the peeps he needs to contact either by text or phone. If he gets a hold of one of you ladies, can you please post? Yay Donna is coming over my casa right now so excited. Wish I can offer her a glass of wine ;0) but Water will do. cant wait to check out her new wheels. got me surgery time 8:00am first surgery! I need to be there by 6:30 so I need to leave my house by 4:30am so freakin early!! Im still having that upper back pain whenever I breath in!! darn it it's concerning me!!!

Good morning all- I am sooo glad a few of us met up last night. It was great meeting Amanda too! (I think that's her name) I am so bad with names. Anyway, tomorrow is the big day..I am so excited!! I have had a rough night!! Last night I decided I was hungry when I got home and decided to eat a 1/2 cup of tomato soup (BIG MISTAKE!) I have been sick all night and have been up since 3am. I got my first taste of GAS! I have this dull sharp pain on my upper left back and continues to my upper stomach and sometimes chest. It is so freakin uncomfortable!! This totally bites cause I dont even have my Band in and I'm going through such pain. Well I took 2 strips of Gas x and it didnt help much So this morning Im supposed to do the MOM but I am not sure if I should I left a message fro a call back from Richmond! It strill hurts quite a bit. everytime I breathe in!!
