so how much have u lost so far

im doing pretty good,, lost 22 lbs already, 12 lbs since surgery and 10 lbs was pre-ot, im on soft foods too..wat are u eating..ive been getting broiled fish, baked chicken and i puree in a food processor,,with spinach sometimes, cottage cheese for breakfast or a protein shake, muscle milk..if i eat a meal its just usually lunch..breakfast usually cottage cheese and a protein shake..fish and spinach puree for lunch then muscle milk for dinner..ive been doing losing app. 3-5 lbs a week..im trying to stay that way..

my only thing is listen to ur surgeon..bring some comfy stylish socks and maybe a rope..in cause u have to pee while waiting you won't feel akward..lol..but other than that..i didnt fell like walking much til bout day 5..thats when i stopped taking pain meds..stayed 2 night on the sofa but then my back started hurting..use the breathing thing they well give you try to cough often..because u have the thing in ur throat when ur under it collects mucus..hold a pillow or rolled up towel against ur stomach while u cough..sponge bathing for the first 3 days always makes you feel better..other than that..its a quick recovery..are u have single incision?

yes my husband was born at fort bragg..he was raised at fort campbell so decided to go there when 4th id moved to fort carson, colorado...i like texas but just ready to get away from all this heat...lol im glad i will have his dad and them around now..some kind of family u know

yea u are right,,im feeling pretty good been walking since about day 5 at least 30 mins a day...feeling better no more pain meds..i go to the dr tomorrow to see how much ive lost since surgery...can't wait for mushies..

im not cheating nobody but myself and its not work it pretty soon it will be mushies i told my husband that i can't wait to eat some pureed ham..lol its seems like a meal fit for a queen..im sticky to it..i got some other kinds of soups like chicken noddle and just strained it..the chicken broth got old by day 3-4..i also added sugar free fudge popcisles dont know if i could but the calories and stuff aren't much different from the fruit sugar free popsiciles that helped..but dont worry bout the applesauce just keep doing what you suppose to from now on out and remember y it is we are all here

im actually feeling pretty good,,the only prop i have is when i walk i have that pulling in the port site area im sleeping fine, i get hungry as well but right now i eat about 1 jello and 1 popsicies and im pretty full for about 3 hours once im full i don't think about food at all only when im hungry i don't work either but i have to cook for my husband and kids..its hard but i stop and think about it i didn't go through all of this just to cheat..

im feeling ok, had the single incision i posted pics of it..can't really see much..im still on liquid thats the hardest part i feel...one more week then ill be on mushies can't wait..applesauce looks like a 3 course steak meal now a days lol..but the healing process is going great i go tomorrow for postop appt..i lost a total of 12 lbs before my surgery and hopefully ive lost a few more in this week,me and my hubby got a bet he says he thinks i've lost 20 lbs or more idk..we will see

hows the mushies been treating you im guessing it seems like a meal fit for a queen after the darn liquids..lol im holding on its not bothering me i just know i want this weight off and thats the only thing on my mind is to do what i need to in order for that to happen...

yea 3rd day today getting better every moment i cant complain not having much of an appetite but im getting my 64 ounces broth jello protein popsiciles

im on loritab liquid i took it once today already but i slept very well last night on the sofa lol but overall i truly feel great im sipping water, broth, a lil bit of jello and taking my multivitamins..tomorrow i can start protien shakes

yes im walking,,i don't have no pains,, mostly just soreness and i had a lil gas pains in my chest yesterday but nothing today..the gasx strips are great i found out here about them

no there is a new procedure called sils..look into it..not everyone is approved for that kind idk..i asked and he examined me and said yes he could so..i only have the one in the bell button and yes when ur in the surgery waiting area you will have to put on a hospital gown nothing on underneath i brought a robe just incase i needed to get to the bathroom or something..i didn't even wear a bra there and you want very comfortable big panties so that it doesn't touch ur stomach

im feeling pretty good surgery was at 11am and i left the hospital at 5pm..so imma lil sore and there is a lil bit gas but im feeling pretty good i must say i have the single incision as you can see so very happy bout that
