The gas was my biggest problem. Get Gas X pills (not the strips) those things work wonders. I wish you all the success. It does get better.

I was banded on News Years Eve 2008! So far the journey has been great. i have lost 23 pounds and it is exciting to see the weight come off. Hello! I have been on this site for about a week and I have found it helpful. I was banded Dec 31, 2008 and just had my 3rd fill. So far, I have lost 23 pounds. My weight loss has been slow but I am happy because it is coming off! I will have another fill in about 4 weeks. I also have a vlog on youtube tracking my progress. Stop by if you can.
