Thanks for your reply!! You are a very strong inspiration for me. I am 5'6 and am currently wearing a size 22...thanks to baby boy #4...LoL! And, WOW...you lost all that weight in less than a years time??? As far as eating goes what would you say is the most important or most helpful thing you ate during the day....I'm a little nervous about how to get the best and easiest form of protein. Thanks for sharing your experience with me! It means alot, I don't know about you but I contemplated this decision for over 3 years.....
