Good Evening V's....... I found the purple heart (sold as an annual here) as purple QUEEN..... got it planted in the back and am ready for it to fill in the area... THANK YOU TERRY! I had to go to a Nursery to find it. WE spent yesterday at Charles sisters having a bbq it was really nice... Dustin is spending the week with us (the 11 year old) so he and Cody will be going to the pool everyday while we are at work... I'm lucky to live near a very nice aquatic center.. (new as of 5 years ago) Robby goes to the doc on Thursday for more xrays..... Cody was at his moms this weekend but is home now..... so far he's ok.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm OK... time to check the meatloaf.

GOOD MORNING! Well, Josh's surgery got cancelled at 10:30 p.m. last night.. Dr. took sick. I did not bring a thermos of coffee with me today trying to force myself to drink water instead......... (hasn't worked yet) 184 again today... Have a great day.. I'll be back

Whew......... finally back from all taking Josh to the surgeon, and then stopping at Penney's outlet....... I TRIED ON SO MUCH STUFF and only got 2 pairs of shoes..... the upside......... the size 10 levis 515 DID fit... but they were longs and I didn't like the fading.... TRACY omg........ again I almost called you to talk me down off the java chiller ledge....... I actually ordered one but it came to me all goopy and melty.. and get this............ I SENT IT BACK and DIDN'T GET ANYTHING....... Yay me right?????????? well not really.. Josh had a small shake and I ended up finishing it for him! TERRY THANK YOU!!!!!!! I have been trying to find that PURPLE ground cover that I saw all over Gruene......... help does anyone know its name?????? Dark purple spiked leaves (almost like a mother inlaws tongue) with little lavendar flowers........

I thought of my V's and how much we've overcome in the last couple of years......... WOW.. we are AWESOME.

I was talking about Haydee negotiating a deal........ and yes..... a weeee bit stressed...... but I will hang tough. He goes to camp 2 weeks this summer and will spend at least one week at his moms. I'm praying that he matures a bit over the summer...... he turns 13 on Sunday.... lord help us all.

Robby is getting around amazingly well...... had I not taken him for xrays I would never believe that his big toe is broken in two places! He graduated from Pre-K today.......... so cute! Cody is going to his moms tonight since we are swapping out kids (Josh is coming home with us) Charles is freaking out why Cody is going tonight and not Friday........ (admitedly I gave him the choice... since I'm driving 40 minutes to meet his mom anyway...) Charles is p.o.d right now..... gawd he is so insecure....... and I need a break from the constant fighting..... He's like....... AHHHHHAAAA so your the one who instigated it...... I said, "what is the big deal... Cody would be home watching cartoons by himself anyway"....... He's like... "I know you don't understand and you just won't unless something happens to you....." blah blah.......... Cody and Josh fight like cats and dogs........ and then Robby gets in on it..... I second that! I took Hubby to the seminar with me and he learned a lot.... the hardest thing for him was getting used to seeing me eat so little, but a 13 months has passed and he is used to it and is happy that I'm happy in my size 12's! If you've been heavy for most or all of your marriage it might freak him out thinking of you thin....... not saying this will happen but it has and the dynamic changes........ you focus less on food and more on EVERYTHING ELSE...... GO TO A SEMINAR OR TWO or FIVE! Read read read this forum and know that the band is merely a tool to help you eat less..... you still need a plan....... most of us have been professional dieters so we know whats out there and what works best for our bodies...... the need for that doesn't change..... even if its simply moderation of all things...... When we attended ......... he heard my doc say that the only thing I COULDN'T (wouldn't be able to eat) is soft doughy bread...... he also heard a person say that preband she would eat 6 tacos from taco bell and now she is full after 1........ that sold him.... because he wanted to know how MY SURGERY WOULD AFFECT HIM...... how it affects ME was really not his concern........ LOL.. I guess thats not true....... but getting it through his head that YES, I AM REALLY FULL after 1 cup of food was going against the "super sized" mentality.... we were in.

Nothing is off topic on the shrinking violets thread! LOL But my restriction pattern was something like this......... Fill, tight for 3 weeks, then LOOSE......... I always get a bit tighter around my period... also when I'm stressed. My last "unfill" was in January I went from 4.3cc down to 4.0cc and I've been maintaining my sweet spot since then.... (I have the "small" band)

YUMMMMMMMMMMM your garden sounds delish!!!! I have a horible rabbit problem and they LOVE melon plants! Right now I just have tomato.. the strawberries aren't making it... so they don't like being upside down.......... I'm ready for the boys to go home... th fighting is getting on my nerves. I just ordered some clearance stuff off of Victoria Secret....... mainly winter pj's.... YIPPEEEEEEEE size Large and I know they fit already! I always look at retailmenot for online coupons..... the same tank pj's I bought my secret santa are on clearance too... ... This is how I bought my current swim suit..... last year during the winter clearance...... although my boobs are out there in it... I love having the underwire support in a 36 C....... ok... gotta go check my boiling eggs.(back to tuna, chicken and egg salad to see 181 again!)

We've been at a new waterpark and it DID NOT SLOW ROBBY DOWN AT ALL! He was hobbling along with his brothers in hog heaven. Terry: that is so funny about the rum! SORRY! TracyK: Yesterday after I had been swimming I looked in the mirror and saw my wild brows and thought of YOU while fixing them!!! I loved loved loved the pic of us laughing........ Denise: THOSE PICS WERE SO PRECIOUS! Gina, Suzie, Denise.. YOU MUST join us for the next go round! I have been missing my V's all weekend. It's rainy and overcast..... and HUMID! I was down a bit.. but I have 4 lbs to lose before I hit my previous low... but like Tracy said it was a conscience decision to totally eat off plan.. and truthfully that is the great thing about the band... its there waiting for me to get off my ass!
