I never reliesed how many time I put food in my mouth without knowing it. Like when I'm cooking ... I taste a lot or when making a salad for my family I munch on that.

You should check it out. The gal had bariactric surgery and is sharing her knowledge. The thing that I though was great is that she said that planning meals is the key to avoiding crapgrab.

Wow .... you have done great !!! Any little "secrets" to your success. Will be banded August 4th. Also, what kind of protein shake did you use ? Do you ever feel deprived ? Are you happy with your band ? Any complications ??

Hi Bobbie .. I'm in New Hampshire and have been contemplating surgery for 3 years now. I have finally made it happen for this July. Just waiting for a date. I'm 50 and live in New Hampshire.
