    When Does Eating Get Easier?

You are eating a lot of carbs, they may me fueling that hunger. Try getting in more protein in. It will satisfy longer.
  2. Does not sound too bad, my doc says to purée or mash things well with a fork. How did it go?

    Water Tolerance

My NUT told me that water is heavier by itself than when mixed with something like crystal lite. Not sure how it effects the molecular weight, but that is one reason it is harder on the new stomach I was told. Also I hear it gets better as the stomach inflammation goes down.

    Water Tolerance

Going to try some hot tea, can't wait for the water enjoyment to return with enjoyment again. Used to drink Teavana tea and liked it. No German rock sugar now though

    Water Tolerance

I am drinking water, it just leaves me feeing uncomfortable. It is not refreshing as it was. Anything else is too sweet. Lemon aid is okay. May be I need to try different temps. Warm is better. I miss ice cold though.

    Beef Jerky

Definitely over crap. Want to make it count.
  10. Preop I used to have a cup of morning coffee and head to the "water closet" on a daily basis. I have struggled post op (2 weeks) to have a regular schedule. I know I am eating ALOT less and likely less fluids, but had to take stool softener to make things work this weekend. I have not felt a need to go since. Should I be worried? Take a Fiber supplement? Will drink more if I can, but feel maxed out for now. Today is my last official day of full liquids, will try soft foods tomorrow. Maybe that will help. Scrambled eggs for Breakfast.
  11. wonder if fiber gummies are good? not a fan of metamucil...
  12. thank you! I will be stopping at store on the way home tonight!
  13. This is my last week at home... has been a good recovery over all. I took a great walk today and want to connect and share some pictures. Everyone is off at work, etc... This has been a peaceful time, but missing friends, family and people. Thanks for being apart of this day with me.

Anyone Eating & Drinking At The Same Time?

Used to have a cocktail at dinner on a regular basis at home or while out (may be more later too, but that is another topic) I guess if it is not causing you pain and discomfort now, you are likely okay, but at a later date you may or may not be able to change its effects if something changes. Unlike Water, alcohol especially liquor, can add up empty calories rather quickly with our knowledge. Could later contribute to stalls, gains or slow progress. It is human nature to relax on portions, intake ect and count it all the same as when we where more focused. So at this point I am staying away from cocktails. I am only 2 weeks out though. Set yourself up for a win and make it work for you Best of luck, glad u are enjoying life
