Hey there! Its going slow but sure..since I started solid foods and I have no restriction im not losing a ton of weight but once I get restriction and really start exercising it should start to come off. So whats your time frame of being banded? Do you have a long time to wait?

Actually I dont get banded till June 10th....i have my egd tomorrow but im a little nervous..im sure i will be fine. Looking forward to the surgery though..how long have you been banded?

Awesome we will be going thru it at the same time..did you have to do a liquid diet? If so how did you do? Its been hard for me but im trying to keep a positive attitude. Well hope to hear back!

Doing ok...i cheated yesterday..it was my birthday..so im feeling really down about it but today is a new day. How much have you lost?

Dont be chicken...my reason for doing it is so i can look in the mirror and love myself again. Plus its alot less evasive then gastric..and the risks are sooo much lower. You will be thankful you didnt after you start losing weight. Have u never had surgery before??

HaHa! Me too...eating everything except i havent even tried a piece of bread. I can eat tortillas though so i make turkey rolls in it. I cant get my first fill till august 6 which blows cux my surgeon and I are going on vacation...not together lol but at around the same time. Keep me updated have you lost much weight?

Has this been a long process for you? Ive been working on it since Jan...its taking forever haha. Where in KY are you from? I just went to Elizabethtown over New Years and it was nice.

Hey girl! Im pretty sore myself and really gasey. I havent had much of an appetite either. I have been drinking alot of fluids..and had half a jello and half of broth. Im not allowed protein shakes but honestly im not even hungary. Stay in touch!

Hey girl! So i got my surgery date its June 9th woohoo..lol. I dont know what your doctor does but yesterday was an all day event. I had a ton of test done and I was soooooooo hungary and tired by the time I got home. It will all be worth it in the end though right?
