Hey guys I am feeling wonderful. I stick to my nutritional stuff it has given me so much energy. I am loving my life. How is everyone doing?

It is so hard for me to eat and not drink. I do not eat much but I feel like everything is stuck if I do not drink sips of water when I eat. I wish I could get a way from that.

I am not that good at this part of it but would love to load some of m pictures. I think I might try one night this week. Thanks for requesting me as a friend.

Can you please tell me if you can eat and drink at same time. I had my surgery in May and honestly I could eat and sip something liquid at same time and now if I do I throw up and it's so painful. Please tell me if this happens to you. I can get on the chat room for some reason. Maybe its my computer but I need help.

How are you doing. I am two months since surgery and last month has been do depressing.Just family stress and I have not been doing well with food choices at all. I just don't know how to get back on track. Now I am drinking again also. Like my wine each night.

I have had my band for 2 weeks and loving it. First week was hard. It's great though. I had to pay cash for it, but it's worth every penny. Do you have messenger? I can talk to you there or email because I am not too good at this post stuff yet.
