You really look nice. I have not been on here in so long but looking at pictures. I have lost 80 pounds and feel so good.

Can you please tell me if you can eat and drink at same time. I had my surgery in May and honestly I could eat and sip something liquid at same time and now if I do I throw up and it's so painful. Please tell me if this happens to you. I can get on the chat room for some reason. Maybe its my computer but I need help.

How are you doing. I am two months since surgery and last month has been do depressing.Just family stress and I have not been doing well with food choices at all. I just don't know how to get back on track. Now I am drinking again also. Like my wine each night.

I have had my band for 2 weeks and loving it. First week was hard. It's great though. I had to pay cash for it, but it's worth every penny. Do you have messenger? I can talk to you there or email because I am not too good at this post stuff yet.
