Hi! I am a 42 year old mom of 5 children. I live in the midwest. I have struggled with my weight and my body image my whole life.

I love to laugh and have a good time. I am so ready for this journey. I am scared and excited. Failure is not an option. I want to do this for my health, to set a good example for my daughter and to feel good about myself. I wanna be proud of myself!!

I love to camp and hang with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking and feeding people! I love to sing. I love sports, I enjoy volleyball the most.

My husband is a nurse and an officer in the Army. My family is super supportive and my kids are being so helpful to me these first few days out of surgery!

I know I cannot do this on my own, I need my friends, I need my family and most of all I need my Heavenly Father to help me do this.
