Hi everyone, I am wondering if you can actually not eat enough at this point. when I get so busy going from one place to the next during the day I find that I am not eating very much - for instance this morning I had 1/2 sugar-free jello - then nothing until 2:30 when I had about 1/4 can of cream of chicken soup - tonight I decided that maybe I needed more than I was giving myself so I ate the entire can of cream of chicken tonight. Just wondering if I could go on "stravation mode" even while in stravation mode! I have not lost any weight in the last two days.
