Thank you Suzanne! I started at 224-225, and I am 5'2". Just a little shorter... Right now the only downside is that I haven't had an fill and I am starting to get hungry. My Dr. told me to eat a protein bar when I get hungry. That seems to be working. But I get hungry at night. Other than that, everything is going great! My first fill will be on Dec. 4.

Are you at your goal weight already? You look great!

Hi Laura~ You're welcome. It is nice to see how well you are doing. I had surgery on 10/14. So far I've lost 18.5 pounds. I'm still adjusting to all the changes, but feeling great! Thanks for asking. I posted an album yesterday. At least 2 before pics and one picture of me that my son took yesterday. Hey take care and keep posting them! It is so motivating to see others do well.... Hi! Thanks for the response. It is good to know that this is "normal". I know it is early in the process, so my body is still healing. I posted an album and will continue to update it. Hope you are doing well!!!

Hi Suzanne! Hope you are doing well! I had my surgery on Oct. 14 and so far I am doing great. Lost 18 pounds as of today. I wanted to ask you about discomfort. I always have this feeling of pulling in my stomach. Specially at night when I'm trying to go to bed. Not sure if it is the band or the scar tissue from the surgery. Did that happen to you?

Hi Suzanne! Thank you for accepting my friend request. I have my appointment with the surgeon scheduled for Sept. 4. They said that shortly after that they will give me a surgery date. I am self pay, so that should make the process faster.

It seems like you are almost at your goal. Congratulations!!!! That is so great! I hope you don't mind me asking a couple of questions once in a while.
