I have trainers at the gym 4 days a week and go to the gym 6 days a week... i have made it part of my routine and i feel great!! Congrats on the surgery date!! You will do great!!!

Hello.... dont be discourgaed!!! i got my surgery on a friday and went back to work on Monday. I have a personal trainer at the gym 4 days and week i love it!!! The diet was tough after surygery bc i hate soup but i made it threw. Trust me you will be fine! I am having a little trouble right now bc i am retaining a lot of water so i gained 1 pound but im not worried it will come off. If you really want to change your life and start in the right direction it will work for you.

It will happen... Dont worry!! Im not sure how the insurnace process goes i just paid cash and 2 weeks later i had my surgery!! I wish you all the luck... it will happen though stay positive!!

Hey... Are you excited to have the procedure? Let me tell you i just got banded 9 days ago and in 2 weeks (including 1 week pre-op liquid diet) i have lost 23 pounds is amazing how the weight falls off espiecally because were young!! You are and very pretty and the surgery will only help!!! LOL at the girl under me i use to wear spanks ALL the time!!!
