  2. Hi Evie, I've have only had one fill and it was 3ml. My LB holds up to 14mls. Mr Dr has told me that everyone starts off at 3mls and after a month they look at how their weight reduction has gone. I am due to have my second adjustment on the 9th of April because I haven't lost anything but that is excepted to a degree because 3ml's really isn't much of a restriction for me and therefore I have been really been able to eat anything. Don't worry Evie it might sound scary now but with time it all gets easier and really it's getting to know your own eating patterns. Keep me posted, :scared2: cheers Seven11
  3. Hi, just had a lapband done on the 12th Jan 2009. So far ok although it's slow, my second adjustment will be on the 9th April. :scared2:
