Hey! I just looked at you pics! U did sssooo freakin awesome! We have a very similar body type! I thought the towel was funny....so true (like the little hotel towels haha) I get my band on the 28th and I get worried seeing all the failure stories so makes me happy to see you did so well. What do you think helped you succeed? And what would u suggest I don't do!?!?! (HELP)

THanks! It gets so much better after the fill..... U will notice a big difference on how much you eat.... its the being hungry shortly after that Im currently dealing with. But you will get used to eat. I didnt realize how little I ate until I went to dinner with a friend and she was like umm arent you hungry you barley at and I felt like I just stuffed my face! So, it will get better!

YOu look freakin amazing Im so jealous! Im ready to just get there. Two questions what do you think you did that made you suceed where a lot of other ppl didnt? and this one is super personal but had a stomach just like mine how did it go with stretch mark and skin did you have a problem after the weight was gone? CONGRATS AGAIN!

I had one more question!! Do you think that the lap band was a tool that you really needed to get going or could you have done with out. Like do you feel like staying under 800 cal. a day would be possible with out your band?

Im feeling great today. After I got past 3 days post op I was pretty good. Im finally getting hungry now and that is the hardest part is not eating much of anything. But it did make me realize I could eat way less than I have been my whole life!!

Yeah I am excited. but i mean do you feel like its the food and excersise or do your really feel like you couldnt have done it with out the band? And how was it for that few weeks after with only liquids-Im really nervous about that. Im kinda in that place like OMG what if I don't lose the weight. or should I not spend the money bc i just need to eat better and excersie......

I know right!!! I cant wait! Thats good that it is going so well for you right after surgery! I get nervous reading all the stories. I only have three weeks left!

I get my first fill on sept. 23! Im looking forward to it bc Im not sore and feeling bad anymore and mushie food is NO FUN. I also dont have any restriction so its getting hard. Not to mention dead stop in the weightloss. So that fill is going to be nice!

I think about that.....things will change for me too.... already started changing. I need to learn how to approach it the right way rather than taking all the attention in......But the way I see it is hopefully that will finally be a good problem to have.

I got very lucky with both my docs being aggressive. THe surg. put 3cc in and then my fill doc on the first fill took me up to 5. Two weeks later she put me up to 5.7cc. I think I need one more little twic to really get at that perfect spo. But Im eating all normal foods so its nice. How r things with you?

I dont know what they are going to put me on. I dont have anything for pre op diet. But I think its just a few days liquid before I can go to mushie foods!

I have kind of a weird situation! I live in MO to go to school and my family lives in NC. So I decided to do all my pre op stuff in MO and post opp stuff in MO.. So I have not met my surgeron and will not meet him until the day of surgery. Which is really nevrve racking but I have confidence in the place! My process has been really fast. I researched for a long time but once I contacted a place it went fast. I contacted the place a week ago they got my insurance info back this wed. and I went to my psyhcatrist today, monday is my nutristionist, and tuseday is my lab work up. Then all that gets sent back and april 28th I go. So it was a really fast process!! Hopefully it continues to go quickly!

hey girl! After a long time of getting denied I had given up. i got a random call today that I got re looked at and approved....IM freakin out! Im worried about skin hanging what do you know about that? I got to school in stl and Im flying home for it. Do you think i will be comfortable flying a few days after? Any advice is needed! you can tell im worried HAHA

HEY! i just found out today (after I had just given up on getting approved) that I got approved. My surgery date is going to be on your day or a day before! so we can do this together haha! any info you get you think i need to know we can share!!! Im really scared!

so i just got my date! I was wondering what you think made you so sucessful so fast. I see a lot of scary stories about not losing any weight. Im really getting nervous.......any advice?

Hey I saw your story and it sounded like mine!! How have you been doing since the band? I got banded Sept. 2....I hit a stand still with weight loss after I came off the liquids... hopefully it gets better?

I just saw your bikini pic!!!!!!! you look awesome! Im so excited for you. I am getting banded in ONE day and your just reminded me why Im doing it.......so tell your secrets to making the band work? Im gonna need to advice!

Hey! I was looking at your pictures your comments are so funny! I do the same thing when I look at pics of me!! I HATE ppl taking pics of me. Its cool to have a place to put those pics and make fun of yourself now though! And hopefully get rid of them and replace them with good pics!

AAAAHHH (thats me freaking out) You are doing ssssssoooo good!!! Whats the total? Lets here your secrets? Ive lost a total of 42 but my body isnt lookin as good as yours!

Everything is going well so far. I was hoping for some faster weight loss and a little less ups and downs. But I had my first fill a week ago and I get my second fill next week.... Im really thinking sweet spot is going to help. I dont really feel restriction right now and I only eat a cup of food so just after that I am starving again. But Im excited that at least I am going down!! And like you keep reminding myself it takes time.
