  1. I'm still obsessed. It works for me. I know when I stop weighing all the time it's because I'm scared of what it might say!
  2. My port has never been sore, but I think it is a pretty common problem.
  3. I would see a doc ASAP, your band could've slipped. Good luck!
  4. I have my next appt on June 10th, and I can't decide if I want a fill or not. I am almost never hungry but I can still eat a lot more than I should. Almost as much as before surgery. I also still eat too fast and my bites are too big. Hard habit to break if you don't HAVE to. I count calories most days so that keeps me from pigging out, but I wonder if I need more fill. I have never been stuck, pb'd puked, etc..., and I don't want to. I have had 2 fills. My first was 5.5 cc, and my second was .6 cc. I have an 11 cc band. Maybe just a tiny fill? Any advice???
  5. I was banded 4 months ago and I have never slimed, puked, pb'd or been stuck, but I have lost 40 pounds!
  6. hehe I know! I actually tied a knot in that one so it wouldn't be so baggy. Thank you for the compliments you guys!
  7. I posted some pictures on my blog today. I can finally see a difference! And, wow, that before picture looks so uncomfortable! http://imwiththeband7.blogspot.com/p/pictures.html
  8. Mine is a couple inches below my bra line, right in the middle.
  9. Here is what tricare says- Panniculectomy (tummy tuck) performed in conjunction with an abdominal or pelvic surgery when medical review determines that the procedure significantly contributes to the safe and effective correction or improvement of bodily function. http://www.tricare.mil/mybenefit/jsp/Medical/IsItCovered.do?kw=Reconstructive+Surgery&topic=Women
  10. If you have cable check out Exercise TV on OnDemand under the free section.
  11. That's cool! I had to google it. I had never heard of it before.
  12. I have 6 cc's in my 11 cc band and have no restrictions on what I can eat. I am not at my sweet spot, so I'm sure it will be different once I am.
  13. Good luck! The TT is the one that scares me the most, but I know I'm going to need one too!
  14. That would be a big fat NO. I was a fast healer with not a lot of pain and there is no way I would have been ok to go camping.
  15. I thought it would completely suck, but it actually came pretty easily. =D
  16. For the 1st month or so I felt restriction from just the empty band, because of swelling, etc... Now I am 3 months out and have 6.1 cc's in an 11 cc band and can pretty much eat like before. The band does keep my hunger at bay though, so it is definitely still helping me!
  17. Sounds like harmless flirting. ???
  18. It's really frothy, which I don't like. I love love love unjury.
  19. I am a stay at home mom, but if I worked, I think 1 week would be the perfect amount of time to take off.
  20. My only other advice would be to watch The Secret.
  21. I took a few before my pre-op diet. Not to remember where I was, but to see how far I have come.
  22. I think u need a bit of an unfill so you are able to eat the right foods. It's worth a shot!?
  23. My first fill was 5.5 cc's in an 11 cc band.
