    I have upped my calories this past week, and have been losing wonderfully! I think sometimes, people just aren't eating enough!

    I'm almost 4 weeks out and have started trying different foods. I can eat anything, BUT I definitely can't eat as much as I used too. I also very rarely feel hungry.

    1500 calories isn't exactly pigging out. Lol. I shoot for 1400 a day,and the past week I have been able to eat more than the first 2 weeks after surgery, and this weeks loss is going to be much better than last week.

    If your pee is bright yellow, that is from Vitamins. Dark yellow from not drinking enough Water. I'm 3 weeks out and have never gotten a refund. Lol

    Does anyone else have gas pains all day?. I was fine when I was just doing thin liquids, but I'm about to move on tomushies, so I've been trying some new things. As soon as I eat, I have gas pains in my back for the rest of the day. Will this eventually stop happening?

    I have no idea, but I am scared to eat scrambled eggs! I DO eat hard boiled eggs and have not had any problem with them.

    If your incision looks gross enough to make you almost pass out, maybe you should have it looked at? Mine haven't every really looked gross. I had glue too.
