Congrat!! This is only the beginning. Make sure you take it slow and take one day at a time so that you dont get overwhelmed. The biggest thing to remember is not to eat and drink at the same time. Once you start eating, wait about 1/2 hour before you drink something. Keep us posted.

Hi, pdburch - When are you having your surgery? It's not bad. I had mine in June, 08 and I have lost about 40 lbs. It's an adjustment, but we have to do it. I would love to get updates from you about your progress.
