Congrats on your success. Ok Questions because you were banded in 2005 are you still banded how has the process been? Any problems complications? I'm conidering getting it in Jan-Feb 2010. Thanks

Hello I just saw a post you made on someone's site. You indicated Dr Paya did your band and you were there for 10hrs. I haven't had the band done but I'm very interested. I thought it only took a couple of hours, do you mind sharing why yours took 10hrs??? Thanks

Hello just read your post where you talk about having done a colonic. I have never had one but Im thinking about having it done soon. Did you have it done after the lapband do you know if it can have a bad affect on the band? Did you find weightloss after the colonic and how many have you had after being banded?

Im in fantasy land (not banded yet). However I just switched my insurance to PPO praying that come Jan 1. the insurance co will cover most of the cost. I have a Dr. already just need to be covered by the PPO. I will be sure to update you when I get the green light.

Yes I feel you I still on liquids so boring Im going crazy. The past two mornings I've been walking around my neighborhood average of 20-25minutes. Im excited, I wish you the best. Don't be a stranger .

I have a lot to lose too I started at 260 I weighed myself this morning it said 248. I was banded Tuesday. My goal weight is 160. You are so lucky you only had 2 days of liquids Im on liquids for I think 9 more days it's driving me crazy but I have my eyes on the prize if you have yahoo IM my screenname is skegeelumni.

Hey Skip I feel you Im too nervous to get on the scale after I saw a couple pounds added back on. I can't wait to get a fill and feel full ....No good recipes just mash potatoes, spaghetti with wheat pasta ground turkey meat(probably shouldn't be eating that) and soups. Let me know what you find out. Are you getting full after only 1/2 cup. I can eat way more than that it's scary and to know I have some fluid in my band hmmm I'm gonna have to tell the Dr. to load me up when he fills my band. lol

wow thanks for responding, I would have never known you experienced any loss of hair because it looks beautiful. I just started taking bioten not sure if I see any difference, but I haven't been banded yet. Is it a a certain brand that you recommend for bioten, mg? Do you take them everyday and do you use any other vitamins???

Hey Skip how is it going? Guess what went for my week follow up appointment and Dr. said I can start mushies. I got so excited after he told me that I forgot to ask him the 10questions I previously prepared for him lol. Still down only 14lbs but hey I can taste real food so Im still excited . Hope you are doing well. How much have you lost so far have you gone back to see your Dr since the band?

Im headed for a fill Next wednesday b/c I know Im eating way too much, so they moved my date up earlier I think I only have 4 1/2 cc in my band. I say go for it because it sounds like you are doing everything and I must say I haven't been dedicated with the gym or my eating habits so I know I need to get better.
