I'm glad you are back on track in the long run it will all b worth it. i like the newer picture. I'm doing good I'm down 100 lbs and 7 pants sizes feel good to. now i need to quite smoking lol

I can tell you lost 11 lbs, you can see it in your neck and face. Why do you have a scar on your belly button? Keep up the good work

just b careful of the way you bend. my main scar came open on the end because i was twisting sideways.

Don't worry about the weight for the first few weeks. i didn't lose for 3 to 4 weeks because of the high carb. liquids they had me on.

The first week i didn't want to do anything. After that it was better. the fun part now is running after my 3. it does get better.

I was banded on feb 13 2009 in louisiana. some of my weight was two months before surgery. The Dr made me lose 20 lbs before he would do it. when are you having yours done.
