  2. frustrating week!

    Yea the plateaus suck I'm on one now I only lost 3 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I was reading about people eating anything they want to eat so I tried doing that. Well it didn't work it slowed down my weight loss fast. It was hard to get back on track after that. Keep up the good work you look great!

    On my first fill the Dr. put in 3cc 1 month and a half after surgery, is it normal to eat a whole chicken breast an a leg before being full?
