Happy 28th Birthday imagine2day!

Great Progress

Today I got on the scale I was 234 I wanted to be lower but its loosing. Still on only 500 cal a day. I dreamt about food last night. I feel better today trying to not take my pain meds. I can't wait for my first fill!:wub:

So today is a little better but I still wont dare to get on the scale after how many IVs i had in me I gained ten pounds in the night I stayed in he hospital. The worst part is that they blow your tummy up with air and it takes forever for it to all come out. THey try to get as much as they can but they do leave some behind. And that hurts. My kids are making fun of me because I try to walk to get it to come out and everything. I'm not saying this to gross people out just beware of it.

THanks I i'm a photograper I hide fat well...I feel ok better today. I'm trying not take my pain meds because they make go to sleep. What kind of insurance do you have? Mine said I had to do the 6 month thing but my doctor just signed a sheet saying that I've been tring for at least that amount of time. Good luck to you I'm going to keep posting on here.

Congrats on your decision to get banded. I was banded in January and for sure it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Hopefully your pain doesn't last long. Within 2 days after being home I no longer needed pain meds. Just be sure to take it easy and don't overdo it.

Thanks yeah two days i'm still in pain but I dont want to be for too much longer. I wish you all the luck in the world it felt like to took forever to get to my surgery date but when it happened all if came so fast. I just hope I loose weight!

I just had surgery two days ago. I'm still in some pain but I'm hoping it will all work out in the end I lost about 15 pounds before surgery. How long does it take till your fully functioning again witht he lap band?
