Hello Xavier,
I have the older generation 10cc lapband and it only holds 4cc of saline. I've heard that sometimes they can stretch it to 5cc but I don't want to risk it. I think my surgeon was using up old stock. My band has worked great though, I began losing weight from day one and didn't have to have many fills before it started working.
