Thank you for sweet comment. I had my surgery just over a year ago. As far as tips go, keep you meals small and exercise as much as you can. Don't even think of it as going to the gym always. Park your car further away in the parking lot, take the stairs, make extra trips to do things at work and get up whenever you can. My progress has really slowed but I just try to keep truckin!

Haha well thanks for the compliment but thats another thing when we lose it we don't see it! I look at your pics and think we are about the same size. Your pics in the black dress are so cute and when I saw them I thought jeez I wish I could wear strapless like she can:) Do you have FB? I'd love to chat with you, I am at a HUGE stuck point!

Ahh looking at your pics I would think you are the blonde version of me:) No I don't think we look alike but the happiness that is suddenly obvious in our after pictures makes me giggle. I also love the fact that we both have sudden jawlines and necks! Congrats hon! You LOOK fantastic!

HOLY Woman you are really cruising along! Thanks for the nice picture comment but you have literally lost almost as much as me. I just hit 100lbs last week but that hs taken 14 months and you have done it in 6. That is so great! I am very happy for you!

Oh I had mine done at Altru but my doctor is through Merit Care and at the time I know they didn't do it at Merit care so I was just wondering if they changed it now.

HAHA well it isn't Pracs. I have never done a study there. I think my veins are the smallest thing I have haha! I work at Central Valley School (buxton/Reynolds). I teach there. Yes, if you have knee problems that makes it miserable and DONT walk outside until we get rid of all this DAMN ice. I came into GF tonight to get my hair cut and it poured rain all the way back to Mayville. I am afraid we are going to be in for a doozie of flood from the Goose River:(

THE REST OF MY LAST POST TO YOU! ( I GUESS IT ONLY ACCEPTS 1000 LETTERS) You just have to look within yourself and find that motivation. My motivation was comfortably fitting into a seat at the REA this hockey season and boy do I ever:) So anyways just keep on honey and you will get through it. When you are craving something, get up and write in a journal and tell yourself why you are not eating it. Hence, I want chocolate but i am NOT eating it because I am "Thick" and tired of it as you yourself said. keep in touch!

Bobbie you look SO DARN FAMILIAR!!!! Do you work somewhere in the public eye in GF? Hon I think "MOST" people go through the same thing that you are going through. I didn't lose any weight from June-August and I literally mean not one single lb. I didn't want to go see Shelly because I was afraid she would yell at me. So here is what happened I finally sucked it up and went in. I "rejoined" the gym, I still had my membership but my dedication was nill to none. So anyways I made the trek to Altru 3rd floor wing C the dreaded wing C and Shellies response was Trisha why didn't you come in sooner. So i am asking do you think you need a fill? I didn't think I did but it sure helped. Since Novemer I have lost about 30lbs which I will NOT complain about because I made it through the rough holidays loosing and not gaining. ( A first for me I swear!)

Ahh I know pictures are a no no or were a no no for me. I do wish however that I would have taken a naked picture for my eyes only and one every 10lbs so I could see the difference. I only have super fat ones or the ones from now. I wish I would have been able so see what other people were saying! Good luck to you girl! If you need any advice or questions about anything let me know!

Thank you for the kind message Mandy! I was looking at your statistics and I started about 50lbs heavier than you did! It was a really hard decision for me to have the surgery but I am sure glad I did. I however told EVERYONE! There are pros and cons to telling people and keeping it a secret so I understand both sides. The upside for me was 2 other coworkers who decided to have the surgery too once they saw the results and how well it went! So I figured by telling my story I helped add a few years to a couple other peoples lives.

Ahh it is going ok. I have just about met my "doctor" set goal and have about 30lbs to go to reach my personal goal. It has been an interesting ride. Where are you from?
