I really need to get back on track with making better choices when it comes to eating with my Lap-Band!

FYI - our next door neighbor has set up a small produce stand at the end of his driveway. They have homegrown okra, green peppers, and cucumbers.

I haven't been on here in forever! I went to the support group meeting tonight and have a few more appointments in the next couple of weeks. I am having the surgery on July 27. I hope you are doing great with everything!

Hi Jodi! I am about at the same place you are. I go to Dr Cox the first week in May. I've got all my pre-op testing done.

Hi Jodi! I am 35 years old and just re-started the lap-band process with Dr. Ray. I had gone to their office about 2 years ago but had problems with my insurance company. I am trying again now.
