It has always bee a requirement from True Results. 24 hours of liquid, then 24 hours of mushies, and then faze in the foods on the 3rd day.

I see a huge difference. I also have lost 52 lbs, and I know that I have went from a size 26-28 down to a 22-24. I don't really see it in pics, but I know I have lost because other people have noticed. I feel better, loo better too. Definately have more energy.

I had my procedure done by Dr. Esquivel presidents day (Feb 16, 2009) of this year. So far I am feeling great, and have not had any complications. He was very nice, and had a pleasant disposition.

I am new to this site. I was banded 2/16/2009, and I am in my 4th week where I can slowly try adding new food items to my diet. I am on the True Results website as well under the same user name. You do not have to be a TR patient to join their site. I am also documenting my journy on You Tube. My name is firemama1269. Just put that in the search, and the vids will come up. There are alot of people on You Tube documenting their journeys. If you are, let me know, so I can add you as a friend. I have used all of these resources to obtain a great wealth of knowledge. I hope that I enjoy this site just as much if not even more than I do the others. Thanks for letting me be a part of your community. I am new as stated before, so it is going to take me a while to learn how to navigate throught this site, but I will get up to speed as quick as I can. Thanks All!
