you look amazing. I am so glad i started this journey! I was 254 on day of surgery and this morning I am 229. Surgery was on 2/20/09. I cant wait to hit the 199 mark! You look great!! -
I also had surgery on Feb. 20! How are you and your husband doing? I am actually in Charleston, WV!

Ok, So today I get my first fill! I am kinda nervous. I am worried that it will hurt. Also worried that I still will not have any restriction. I had surgery on 2/20/09, and have lost around 20lbs. So wish me luck! :wink: :confused:

Hi FebBandsters! I was banded on 2/20/09. I have lost around 21lbs. I get my first adjustment on 4/02. I can't wait. Right now I don't feel like I have any restrictions. I am trying my hardest to avoid my favorite foods cause I know that i dont have self control! Hope that the adjustment helps with that. -

Good luck! I had my surgery on 2/20/09. Cigna took over 1 yr to approve me. I was denied last summer. Then was approved on 2/11/09. You have to follow all of "their rules". GOOD LUCK. -

I was banded on 2/20/09. I have lost 20lbs so far. Very excited. I too have noticed that there are not many foods that have caused an issue. I have been walking and eating very small amounts. I am ready for my first fill on 4/02. Can't wait to see if it makes a difference. -

I had my surgery on Friday 2/20 and was back to work on Monday 2/23. I was a little sore, but I dont feel that I should have taken anymore time than that. Each person is different though. -

list of food you can't eat post-op??

I was banded on 2/20. I have not had any food problems yet, but I have not tried a lot of foods either. I am doing my puree/soft foods. Last night I had a small piece of hamburger steak and just chewed it until i couldnt chew anymore and wall was good. -
Christmas, about 2.5 months before surgery. Around 250lbs.
