How much will a 4cc band hold?

I have a 10cm band which holds 4cc. When I asked my doc a few weeks ago how much a 10 cm band holds, he said they are a 4cc band but he often puts 5 cc in them. I asked if that made them at risk for popping and he laughed and said no. Why don't they just call it a 5cc band then??? -

I didn't want ANYONE to know before my surgery but now that I have had it, I tell people if it comes up in conversation or if people ask me why I was gone I just say I had stomach surgery and people usually drop it at that. If someone asks me if I had WLS I won't lie, but I am the only girl on my crew and work at a gold mine so most men have been married long enough to know not to ask a woman ANYTHING that has to do with their weight. -

I got it at GNC. It is called zero carb ISOPURE. YOu mix two scoops with 12 ozs of water. 210 calories, 0 carbs. 50 or 52 g. of protien. lots of flavors too. -

I am 4 weeks post op and I'm eating lots of tunafish mixed with no fat mayo. And I'm also eating mashed turnips,salad, lots of broccoli steamed with salt. And drinking 4 qts water a day. Also drinking two protein drinks a day with 50 g of protien per drink. -
Yeah, shoes fly out the front door if they are not put away in my house. Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall. Doesn't matter.

I'm not sure how old you were when you knew them, but I have old magazines where they were definately 80's hair band rockers before they were famous. It's funny to see them in their tight spandex leopard skin pants with eyeliner on.

Phil also did and still has a very nasty heroin habit. That was a huge part of the in-band fighting.

I believe nothing that cannot be verified by my senses. I made the choice to make my life better. Where was god when I was huffing and puffing through my last mile that I ran last night. I never saw him. ( I also had sweat in my eyes, maybe that was it!) -
