When do you get your surgery ? Slow and steady wins the race for me, I cant take it off too fast because of my heart otherwise I would have prob. had gastric bypass to do it as quickly as possible.

Hey there, I am doing good. I just hit my first goal of losing 31 lbs so I am pretty happy

I have those moments too, I found that I have to work really hard at keeping track of what I am eating and how much I eat at one time. I just have too much on my plate at the moment with Kids, home, marriage and everything else falling to pot all at the same time.

I havent gotten my fill yet but I have heard that you have to play around at times to get to that sweet spot.

I am having a moment this week, a good friend died, marriage issues and I am not losing a FUCKING pound.? I am really wondering wtf did I do this to myself for ?

Just saw your message, I was banded 3/12 and I am down just about 20 lbs so far. I stopped and hovered between 16-18 for the last week and in the last 2 days lost 4 lbs so I am pretty happy, eating the right stuff is hard, my hubby is on the bandwagon with me here so its a win win situation for us.
