not long at all i think lol from what i was told once i get an approval i get a date .. and i did not have to take classes i had to do a 6 month supervised diet . but I'm done with that .. so if i would say in how long i would say in about month and a half or so ..

I'm at the last stages i already did my consultation and all the needed stuff like EKG and phys . all that and my paper work was summited just waiting on approval

we all are . here is something to start . find the things you love about your self like you eyes and hair . start small and everyday find something new . and as far as a scale goes . you don't have to have one let your cloths tell you were you are there is no real reason to have one i think it can be kind of a bad thing . just like you said just one more thing to judge yourself harder . so as i see it why the pressure ?

that is so true . thing is that we are our own worst critics . for even the most perfect will see only the imperfection . we need to learn to embrace our selfs and see the good and let the bad just be. and always know that although you see all the imperfections others just see beauty .

i know that feeling .. its cray how you see someone different when you look at pictures . i don't know how you feel but i know every time i look at pictures i have the same reaction HOLY CRAP ! is that what i look like ? but i feel like I'm much smaller lol truth is I'm not =( -

i also go to GNC and they have this once called Syntha-6 its really great and taste great 2 .. they also have different flavors i use vanilla so i can mix fruit and stuff but i heard that the Cookies and cream is good and the mocha is great to . it don't have any caffeine . . i like it so far plus the way it works keeps you full longer:thumbup: .. you can also buy it at a Vitamin world .. compare prices . sometimes one store will be cheaper than the other but they both Carry this product . good luck and let me know how it goes -

lol thats so true .. well they already sent it to my primary insurance and i already got the denial which is a good thing they have an exclusion per the comp.that my hubby works for so i wanted them to hurry and send a letter of denial quick so that they can send to my insurance .and they sent for approval to my secondary on Wednesday .. so I'm just going banana's lol i hope it goes threw .. how long did it take to get approved once it was summited for you ?
