Well I’m glad it’s going good for you .. Its crazy how such a silly thing like losing weight can make a difference of who you are.. But it sure is a good feeling .. And well I’m doing great thanks for asking

that’s so cool no need for travel .. My husband and I have been thinking of moving out to AZ. But its so expensive to relocate . So how do you like it there ?? that’s so cool 20 lbs in 3months I think that’s perfect
I don’t think you have that much to lose so that’s why is a lil slower for you than others . I weigh 250 right
Now I was at 245 when I first started and the dr. told me I don’t have to lose but I cant gain . So bad girl ME =) but I will get it off this month . Or at least I plan to .. I have 4 months to go . For the 6 month reg.
Its crazy how fast it comes .

Aww thank you for your replay and your words mean so much . And I think if would be great to have someone to talk to about this . I love my family and they support whatever I do . But I have felt a little alone in it all . We talk about my surgery and stuff like that but they cannot relate to what I?m going threw and what is to come in the future . So I would love to have a buddy to talk to and relate to together we stand strong!

20lbs ! Congrats ! And if all goes to plan I will be having surgery in El Paso TX. that’s only a 4-5 hr drive so not to bad plus I have family there too so ill stay with them for a while .. Where did you get yours done at ?

Should I be scared ? I have not been banded and I don’t know what to think of this as crazy as this may sound I’m afraid of what the new me might be like ? I love the way I am now but I want to stay healthy for many more years and by my track record that wont be long if I don’t do something and soon . That is why I have begun this journey . But I’m like a puppy with my tail between my legs .. For years I have said I can do this by myself and I have but I have not had long term success

I just want to thank you for putting up your story . When I first joined this the other day I was still unsure of doing the band . But seeing your success has made me want this more . I guess I’m scared of a lot but one thing I have been scared of . What I’m I going to look like after this . I cringe of the thought of all the flab
But seeing your steps and then getting your tummy tuck made me more optimistic about it all . Question ?
Did your insurance pay for the tummy tuck after the weight loss or did you do it out of pocket ?

It’s so crazy how much you have said that hits home . I’m also doing the 6month diet but in reality I have not done anything truthfully I just got ringed by my PCP because I gained 5 lbs .. so I have promised myself no more excuses I will not blame anyone for my failures which I have. my husband eats whatever and its so hard to eat healthy . But I’m just going to have to do just that EAT RIGHT ! Plus today I went and paid for my gym membership . So with all my optimism I will also do my best and truthfully lose those 5lbs And at the minimum stay where I was before . The surgeon said that I don’t need to lose weight but I do have to stay at the same weight I was when I went to see him . So goodbye 5lbs . And maybe if I work had enough maybe a little more but I will not hold no unrealistic goals . So I must say thank you because before reading your blog I felt so guilty . But knowing that im not the only one
