No pain at all. Meaning they keep you comfortable. I was off of work for 1 week. I am from Portland Oregon. Where are you located? I weigh 305 today a I cant wait to get out of the 3s so I can start working on the 2s lol but hey you can do it I am proud of you and be encourage you will be alright!!

Weight as of 12-01-08 337lbs Day of surgery and weight/01-21-09/328lbs As of 03-11-09 I weigh 303lbs I exercise dailey I walk for 1 mile which takes 20 minutes I also lift wieghts for my arms and thighs (outter and inner) i am so excited

Hello everyone I recently had lapband surgery. I was wondering how many of you drink coffee. Oh my surgery date was 01-21-09. A great success. I seem to be picking up in my appetite so I am ready for a fill.
