As a binge eater and carb addict who had the VSG 4 years ago, I have been in a similar situation- lost about half of what I wanted to lose after surgery but have remained stuck due to frequently returning to sweets and mini-binges.
I wonder if there are others here who might be interested in forming an internet/email based group for mutual support in "re-activating" our sleeved lifestyle in 2014? We could do emails frequently or we might want to attend the same online twelve-step meetings each week?
just sharing a few potential options for evenmore support than is available in this nice forum.

Did you really imagine that the poster who reached out for help and indicated that she had fallen off the wagon due to food addiction and binge eating was unaware of the health risks of her past and present situations? This has nothing to do with whether your post had some truth or realism.
If so, you seem to have limited emotional intelligence and not to realize that your shaming post is incredibly unhelpful for one whose struggles with food and weight are linked to the eating disorder of binge eating.
I suggest that you work on gaining some before you post on a forum when someone is asking for help! It would make an excellent 2014 project.
