Last night was hard.. I made dinner for the family because I wanted to keep up with my normal duties.. and I cried.. it is hard.. but I need to remember this is only a stage.. I will soon be on to the next stage.. only 2 more weeks. I have already lost about 10lbs! I am almost down where eI was in April... My goal is to wear the black dress I did in Chicago for New Years.. and then next year the small black dress I wore the first year John and I went out.
I had to go to the grocery store Sunday with the family .. that was very hard.. there was things I used to normally pick up that I did not.. I had my broth and soup.. but soon I will be able to eat things again..
