    i've been on my journey for a year now. a few ups and downs. but all in all the best thing i've ever done for myself. i am down 85 pounds in a year, 15 more to my goal. my band has worked awesome for me. wouldn't change a thing....
    i would recommend being banded to anyone that has struggled with weight...
