I haven't been here for awhile but I am still stuck between 202 - 204. I keep going in for fills and don't feel restriction much. I am at 9.2 on fills in the realize band. I haven't given up but I did much better before my band in loosing weight.

I am at 205.

My dr. says carbination is ok so I drink it regularly. Don't drink beer so can't answer for that.

I am definately at restriction and weighed in today at 204.6. Soon I will be in one-under-land.

I know how you are feeling but you need to get more fills to you get to restriction. I am just now getting to that point but I shared my same concerns last week at my fill appointment. Schedule that appointment today and try not to be too down on yourself.

207.4 for me today

I received 8.2 last week on my fill and now think I am going to have good restriction. I did the liquids for 2 days and now soups and mushies this week. Some crackers weren't good yesterday so I will avoid those for awhile.

No wonder I got so stuck on a spinach salad Tuesday. I wasn't sure what did it but I think you hit the nail on the head for me. Thanks for the insight.

I weighed in today at 206.8 but I know that is because I had a fill yesterday and liquids so next week will probably be a slight gain again. The good news I think is that I now have 8.2 cc in my 11 cc realize band. I think I am going to have some good restriction with the fill of 1 cc yesterday. I am so ready for the dieting to be over and the band to begin if you know what I mean.

I have the realize band but not sure which one. I was implanted 4/1/09 and have 7.2 cc and go in Friday this week for my next fill. My office mate who was banded 2 weeks after me is at 8.0 cc and goes in Friday as well. Guess we will see what happens.

I am at 209.6 today and thought I had a really good week. Guess I am not as good as I thought.

I am back up to 210 and I thought I was having a great week being on track. Oh well, on to next week.

Glad to have you back and congrats on your loss. It is also good that you hit he green zone. Keep at it and never give up.

yeah it isn't coming off so fast here either. Just keep at it.

I do have the realize band.

I just came back from vacation this past weekend. While at my sisters it turned cold and all I took was crop pants and shorts, short sleeve and sleeveless. I was very happy that I could go to HER closet and pick out anything I needed to wear and it fit. Have gone down from 22 pants to 18 and 2 xl shirts to xl. :-). Plus she gave me a whole box of xl shirts for winter with tags still on.... how much of a blessing is that?

I was told for my height/weight I need to eat around 1100. Maybe your body is in starvation mode.

Actually make that 207.6, I just went and weighed on the scale I normally weigh in on Fridays.

I was banded 4/1/09 and been for 5 fills which are confusing to mention but bottom line is I am at 7.2 after my fill yesterday. I was feeling some restrction so I only got 1 cc yesterday. I will see how that goes this week but I am scheduled for another fill in 3 weeks. Office mate has 8 cc, we go together for fills.

I had a fill yesterday and my weight was 209.6. I was gone a couple weeks on vacation and was glad to see that I had not gained 5#. I am hoping to have a couple pound loss next week, gonna work on exercise and eating the right foods.

I guess I am doing the worse of everyone. I was banded 4/1 and have lost only 13 pounds. I have gone for 5 fills, one of those he took out and put back the same, 3rd fill nothing because I had been stuck when I went in and he wouldn't give me more, 4th fill 2 cc, 5th fill 1 cc so I am now at 7.2 in a realize band. I have felt a tiny bit of restriction but nothing consistent. I was on vacation the last 2 weeks and ate everything but I didn't gain so that was good. Hoping to get back to the exercise this next week. Office mate has lost nothing, she was banded 2 weeks after me. :-( Guess we are still making wrong choices.
