  1. ohhhh shellybeans I love that quote...I will have to put it up on my fridge. but yea the holiday season has been hard for me to but I ended up giving myself a break and have been eating little bits of whatever I like...I certainly haven't eaten as much as I did pre lapband and I will probably put on a lb or two but hey...I can alwasy take it back off next year when this 'silly' season settles down.
  2. I am shooting for my dr recommended goal weight of 176lbs but I think once i get there I will see what feels the most comfortable between 150-176lbs. After all its about how I feel about how I look so I should be the one to decide. My true aim is to be a dress size 10. becky
