Hi Gorda! I am doing well. I know it's been a while since I've been on the site but I have been working so hard. Real Estate is NOT fun right now! I am holding steady at 155lbs and I feel WONDERFUL. I was just telling my husband today that the lapband is the best thing I have ever done for myself! I am at my sweet spot. I have 4cc's and it seems that is the magic number for me.

Hi! Thanks for the comments on my blog. The best thing for me was to exercise daily. It got me moving and grooving and dropping the pounds. But I did fun stuff like the Wii Fit, Belly Dancing, Water Aerobics....etc.

I had to LAUGH at the dressing room story. It seems I am still learning my body and it takes me SO long to shop now! I always tend to pick up the bigger sizes then when I put them on I am shocked, so I have to get dressed--trump out to the sales floor again--pick up the smaller size--and get undressed again. So now I take two of everything in the room and I swear I am in that darned room for hours! I must learn that when I go shopping I need to wear "easy on" and "easy off" clothes because the other day it took me just as long to take my clothes off than it did to try on clothes! (HA)

Hey, you will be a whole different person after the band. I feel so wonderful. The best I have ever felt in my life. I felt 40 when I was 20! HA! Keep me updated on your progress. Enjoy the journey...and be prepared to go through some clothes girl. Find a good consignment shop to take your old clothes to and finance your new wardrobe.
