I love myself and have no problem with how I look. The treadmill is my friend :-) but I'm tired of yo-yo weight loss and gain. Tired of health issues. Want to live much longer and healthier than people in my family have. Want to see my son's children and grandchildren one day. Doing this as one of the tools to be a healthier me. Glad to find an online forum for support.
