Hi Lalalude, I quess we do have a lot in common. So how are you doing. I think I am going into a faze, were I'm wondering about the things I've been missing. (Could be because my family has so many birthdays in March) The last one was my granddaughter who turned 1 and I did have a bigger piece of cake last weekend. I hope I get out of it quick. I go for my next fill April 8th.

taking the deep breaths were hard. I started coughing up alot of flem yesterday and its getting better. Still have pain in the belly button area. Each day gets better.

No I am enjoying my bed rest. I get up and walk as much as I can. Today was a nausty day so I just stayed inside. My gas is probably at a normal level. I noticed when I fell like I am getting hunger I move around and pass gas and the feeling goes away. My stomach is sore around my belly button, It is also bruised. All in All I'm doing ok.

Hi I was/am going thru the same thing. I get banded on Fri, the 11th. I'm glad your ok and hope to talk to you again. You need to join the December Delights they are a group that are being banded or already are banded in Dec. 2009 The group is growing everyday.

I don't have to do a pre diet. The day before the surgery I do clear liquids. I don't understand why all the doctors are so different.

hi I notice you are getting banded in Dec. so am I. I also noticed you joined lap band talk back in Feb. I did to.
