Hey everyone! Its been awhile. I am currently 209. I havent had a fill since October.

day of surgery - 264 *7/23/09*

today - 215 *11/17/09*

today Im 218. I was 215 but had a "cheat" day and BAM! went back up to 218 and it stuck. :/ annoying! oh welll. I was 229 my last appt in Oct. :thumbup:

I was a 22 now Im an 18 (pants)

I was an 18/20 now Im a 14/16 (shirts)

Congrats to everyone on their loss so far!! I am down 65 total since I started lap band journey back in Feb 09 but since surgery I've lost 46 lbs. I have had 3 fills I believe and my dr said my weight loss has been awesome so I probably wont have to go back for a 4th. I think my band is almost full anyway...

I am a little upset. I really think the fill before last I was at my "sweet" spot (only 3rd fill) so the dr gave me a little extra..well fastforward to today and I feel like I can eat more than normal. I have gained 2 lbs back and am feeling disappointed in myself. is there a way to get back to your sweet spot? :sneaky::thumbup:

THANKS! I am really happy with my loss so far as is my dr. Even though I havent started working out yet.. Im too lazy!

I have exercised once since I had my band on 7/23 and I've lost 37 lbs since surgery date. I know I need to...Im just lazy.

Im 228 today I believe. I was 230 when I was 9 mths pregnant with my son at 20 so its been a while since I've seen that weight! (Im 28 now). I started at 283 in FEb and 264 day of surgery.

I now sleep through the night instead of getting up multiple times to use the restroom.

I can wear a size 18 down from a 20 or 22.

I am going to start posting here too... Today has sucked. All i've had all day is Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce flavored almonds. I've eaten almost the whole can but they are low carb and 6 grams of Protein a serving (6 servings in a can). I am full though. LOL. Where is this carbmaster yogurt sold?? Who makes it? Im intrigued!

My dr has never mentioned going on Vitamins but common sense tells me Im probably not getting enough of what i need. WHat do you take? Any suggestions? Calcium, etc. What brands? where do you buy them? thanks! :thumbup:

that sucks! I can eat PB and J with no problem minus the bread. I havent tried bread yet and I dont think I will now! Hope you feel better. I hate that feeling of being stuck....

I had my 1st fill this morning. It didnt hurt at all and I didnt get a lidocaine shot or spray first. I drank some Water and then he said Im on Clear Liquids today and full liquids tomorrow and then can eat regular food. I've lost a total of 17 lbs since surgery 7/23/09.

Or is it just me? I had some guacamole last night *mushy!* and had to go to the bathroom and threw it up a bit! WTF:( I've thrown up 3 times officially. The first time was the worst. The 2nd was better but it was after I drank some Water. very weird. this last time was just twice and not so bad. I just dont want it to be a normal thing. Arghh! :scared2:

I tried on my "skinny" (haha) jeans. (Size 20) WEll they fit! A little snug but they buttoned and im comfortable in them. Small but exciting victory. :ohmy:

So I am 11 days post op and I had an episode of BP/sliming last Friday b/c I ate too big of a piece of fish. Lesson learned...

Today all I had was mushy food and I took a drink of Water (way past the 30 minutes required by doc after eating) and I feel my mouth filling w/ saliva and getting that queasy feeling. I go to bathroom and throw up slime about 3 times. WTF!? I ate slow today and didnt cheat. I havent even cheated at all!:smile2: It was so random. has this ever happened to you? My dr hasnt even given me a fill yet. Sigh. I am getting so paranoid I want to just go back to the liquids stage even though that isnt a good idea. Help!

I have lost 14 lbs post op...Im still on mushy food and I havent exercised at all even though I should be. Its just hard as I just moved and am still unpacking. That should be considered my exercise LOL.

Hi all. SOrry for the delay but I have been in the process of moving as well as having surgery so its been a crazy week! My dr didnt see too concerned when I told him what happened and I felt alot better the day after. I stuck to mushies minus fish even though fish is on my list and SF pops. I do not want to feel that way ever again. Hugs everyone. Thanks for responding!

I told my dr and he said something probably got stuck. That was a horrible feeling! Yuck. I ate all mushies y'day just to be on the safe side. I hope my band didnt slip. I doubt it did but Im paranoid anyway. Lol. Thanks to all who responded:)
