i'm feeling good...my sides r actually healing a lot better then the lower part of my stomach...u look so different!!!!!!! i really was shocked when i saw that is was u!!!!!!

and i get how the whole weight loss works and what it takes...:-)

because thats all i ate b4 i was banded...now i just eat a lot less...i started walking immediately...my band surgery went extremely smooth and i wasnt in any pain at all...the weight was literally dropping off of me...my fast results kept me motivated...and now i cant stay out of the gym...now i'm watching muscle build...which is burning fat like crazy

workout goddess....lol...i didnt lift a finger 1 year ago...my surgeon told me at my consultation...that i would have to walk...walk...walk...he constantly drilled that in my head at every appointment...he made it crystal clear to me that if i wanted to lose fast.....exercise was a must....i listened...listened...listened....lol....i was strictly an over-eater...not a junk food or sweet eater...he knew i wouldn't have an issue eating meat and protein

i am 5'8.....my insurance covered my panniculectomy...thats just the removal of excess skin...i paid 3000.00 out of pocket for my mini tuck...it was a lot cheaper to have it done that way bcuz i didnt have to pay for the anesthia...(sp???)

and a happy bandiversary to u 2!!!!!!!!! i'm maintaining at about 158...i was telling tmg333 how hard it is now to find clothes in small sizes that aren't too short 4 me....(strict dress code at work)...if i'm not too fat...then i'm too tall...lol...ur much more toned up than i am...go on ahead with ur size 4's!!!!!!

i have reached my goal...i am now maintaining...if i continue to lose i will put back on what i think needs to go back on...i will not stop exercising...i'm only a year out...so i may lose a little more..../thats the beauty of the band though...i can then put some weight back on if need be...in a healthy way without becoming obese again....:-)

as soon as i was able to eat solids again...i ate out of those bowls...i'm a year out and still eating out of them...congrats on ur surgery!!!!!!!!!!

when u get in2 single digit sizes it varies...targets size 6's are getting too big...but a size 6 jean from wet seal or forever 21 won't go past my thighs...i don't even pay attention to sizes anymore...new york and company's sizes seem to b on point...my new problem is that i'm too tall for skirts and dresses at those lil junior stores...too fat..too tall...if its not 1 thing its the other...
