i'm sorry to hear u lost ur job...i am very impressed u were able to lose 38 pounds though....i honestly dont know what i would've done if my insurance would've made me loose weight b4 my surgery....u r much stronger than i am....i will keep my fingers crossed for u!!!!!!!!!!!!

the last 20...15...10 r real stubborn!!!!!!!!!!! they hold on 4 dear life!!!!!!!!!!! don't get discouraged...u'll will 4 surely get there!!!!!!!! believe me i know these last few r a pain in the butt!!!!!!

clothes for sure!!!!!!!!!!!! there maybe weeks u dont lose weight but a ton of inches...find some pants u cant fit and just keep trying them on

i remember u!!!!!! i think we look alike...i hope u take that as a compliment...lol...i never kept track of how much i lost each week...i only weighed myself at dr.s appointments...i know i went down 37 pounds in 6 weeks....and another 22 pounds in the month of december...i lost 115 in 6 months...but i dont know my week by week losses...soory :-(

he loved me about 40 pounds ago...lol...he liked the 190-200 pound look....now i'm "too small"...i always say maybe ur just "too big"....lol...have a great weekend!!!!

u know i love u 2!!!!!!! ur absolutely right...i've become so focused on not gaining my weight back...i've stopped enjoying my loss...the fear is starting to over-come my joy...sometimes i can feel my body just can't do anymore exercising...so i'll take a day or 2 off at the gym...and then i freak out bcuz i feel like i've gained a pound...(which i don't)...i really need to take control of my fear and realize im going to be okay...

i didnt get my 1st fill till my 6th week...my bandster hell wasnt that bad....i was on clear liquids 8 days b4 surgery....that was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

at 1st it was hard for me to accept the weight loss...i lost 115 pounds in 6 months...it took me some time to adjust...i'm fully adjusted now...the maintenance phase is what has me worried...losing it was just 1/2 the battle....maintaining it is a whole other battle...
