  1. i bring that little bowl with me when i get fills to show my surgeon where i want my restriction level to b at...he seems to hit my sweet spot everytime...the bowls probably have nothing to do with him hitting my sweet spot...i just like to drive him crazy!!!!! lol

I am totally satisfied on 1/2 cup of food 3xs a day...i will freak out and be real crabby if i feel hungry!!!!1lol...thats y convential diets never worked 4 me...i cant stand to feel hungry...if worse comes to worse...i will eat a tablespoon of p-nut butter...most bandsters will tell u thats a myth...but it seems to satisfy me...or at least hold me over or a banana...those r my 2 hold over foods if i really need something to eat inbetween meals...on days i work out real heavily...i need a little extra...i'm afraid to start bad eating habits so i stay away from snacking as much as possible.

  3. i honestly never kept track of how much i lost per week...i honestly don't own a scale...if i would've focused on weekly weight loss that would've drove me crazy...i do know at my 6th week appt. i had lost 37 pounds...in the month of december i lost 22 pounds..i dont know when or how much the rest came off...my loss has slowed down a lot...the closer i get to goal the less i lose...which is perfectly normal...i estimate my weight right now to b around 163...which is a loss of 133 pounds...but i dont know 4 sure...i have a dr. appt on july 28th and thats when i have an exact #. i refused to let myself get all wrapped up in #s and just let this happen 4 me...i know ur going to do great...post some new pics a.s.a.p.!!!!! i'm waiting!!! lol

  5. 50 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! don't come down on urself...50 pounds is a lot of weight to lose....my exercise routine is all cardio...i need to take my flabby butt to the gym...but have no motivation to go...i have all the motivation in the world to do cardio exercise...but when it comes to the gym...i dont know what my problem is...i power walk/jog for at least an hour and a half to 2 hours 6-7 days a week...i do not count my calories any more...i measure my portion to b a half cup...i do not snack...but i'm not big on counting...i eat what i like...with an exception to rice...pasta and bread...no sweets either...but i don't have a sweet tooth...my motivation is the way i feel...i was absolutely misreable being over weight....i dont think i'll ever 4get that feeling...i'm on a natural high...i cant go back...i look at food as food...it taste good for a minute...but the damage can stay on u for a lifetime

  6. i began walking immediately...the day i came home from the hospital i started walking up my street...as i felt better i added to my walking routine...from my first visit with my surgeon...he told me to walk...walk...walk...keep walking...i ate soup out of the top of a medicine bottle the first few weeks....and drank a lot...i look at it like this...i enjoyed food long enuff...it didnt get me anywhere but in the hospital to have to have surgery to repair the damage it did to my body...its only food...it satisfies u for a few minutes and then leaves u with a fat...unhealthy body...

  7. and don't find excuses not to exercise...i could come up with an excuse everyday not to exercise...but if u want to excuse urself from being fat...its something u have to do!!!!!!!!!!

  8. my advice to u...is to start walking immediately!!!!!!!!! start walking the day u come home from the hospital...if u can only walk around the corner...!!!!!! and add to ur routine every 3 to 4 weeks....exercise is a must!!!! u will get big results from exercising...i promise!!!!!my surgeon told me to walk...walk...walk...everytime i saw him...i listened...litended...listened!!! lol

  9. i did suffer from hair loss...it is getting better...i take biotin and prenatal pills...

  12. i cant afford to have the skin removed from my arms...my insurance is covering my stomach...but not my arms or thighs...i only did cardio exercise...power-walking...running...bike riding...i have all the motivation in the world to do cardio...but cant seem to motivate myself to getting in the gym and toning up..i dont know what my problem is!!!!!!!!

  13. the girl i work with 1 on 1 was weighting herself everyday...she was getting so discouraged and frustrated...not eating enuff...getting depressed...eating the wrong thing...i literally took the scale out of her house...she weights herself every 4th week...is dropping 5-8 pounds a month...taking the scale away from her helped her to relax...and focus on losing weight

  14. i've been stuck b4...i just stay off the scale...when i feel it in my clothes ...i will weight myself...it took me 4ever to go from 171 to 169...i thought my body was done at 171...that i had my plateau...all of a sudden i dropped from 169 to 165...but i let it happen...relax...i swear its going to happen...

  15. no...no...no. on the snacking...i exercise for at least an hour and a half to 2 hours 6-7 days a week...some people will tell u to up ur calories...i dont know about that...i'm always afraid if i go back to my old habits...i wont b able to stop...if u do eat bread...pasta and rice...try cutting that completely out for a lil while...i've gotten stuck b4 too...the closer u get to goal...the less u'll drop...the less u weight...the less calories u burn off when exercising...the last 15 r the hardest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. another trick i use to do to make me feel full...b4 the restriction kicked in...i would eat a tablesppon of pnut butter b4 i ate my meal...the pnut butter sticks in the pouch and whatever u eat sticks to the p-nut butter...:-)

  17. GOOD MORNING..i didnt feel any restriction till my 4th fill...i stuck to eating small portions even without feeling restriction and drank a lot of water!!!!!!!! tons of water!!!!!!!!!

  18. u look hooootttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!! yes thats my husband...he liked the way i looked about 40 pounds ago...lol...i keep telling him i've stopped losing...lol...(just don't get the scale out)...lol
